Volunteer Registration

All volunteers have agreed to a minimum of 10 workable hours for Dancers Extreme Challenge. As compensation, volunteers will receive a full "Standard" pass for all 4 days of this event and everything included with a Standard pass. You will be contacted by a DEC official and notified of the status of your volunteer registration. Thank you for your support and volunteer work. You make it all possible!

Step #1
Read the Released of Liability/Waiver below, then fill out the registration form. There are no blank spaces allowed in this form. A Dancers Extreme Challenge representative will contact you shortly. You will also receive an automated message letting you know your application is being processed. Thank you and in advance we truly appreciate your time and efforts.

Release of Liability - Waiver: Volunteer does hereby waive, release and forever discharge and hold harmless Dancers Extreme Challenge (DEC) and any of its Owners/Principles or Management from any and all liability, damages, claims, causes of action and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which may arise or result directly or indirectly from volunteer work. Volunteer understands that this Release discharges DEC from any liability or claim that the volunteer may have or encounter against DEC with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from volunteers activities while volunteer work is being conducted, whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE or BREACH OF CONTRACT of DEC or otherwise. Volunteer also understands that DEC does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide volunteer with financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability insurance in the event of bodily injury or illness from volunteer work undertaken before during or after event. Volunteer also understand that they are choosing to volunteer their time and and or services 100% of their free will as a trade for a full pass into the DEC 2012 event. Volunteer also understands that if he or she feels at any time the duties request of them are dangerous or outside the boundaries of medical advise, they are free to opt out of this agreement, and enter into a new agreement or dissolve the agreement all together at their sole discretion, with zero penalty. If the volunteer does opt out of this agreement, they will be required to either leave the event or pay full ticket price to remain in the event; the choice of these two options is 100% at the sole discretion of the volunteer.
